世界首报三种染色体异常核型

Primary Report on three Karyotypes of human Chromosome abnormalties

本文报导了三种染色体异常核型，经湖南医科大学细胞遗传学国家中心鉴定均为世界首报异常核型．其异常核型分别为：46，x，inv（Y）（P11；q12），t（11；14）（q21；q24）、46，XY：t（11；14）（q23；q24）、46，XX，dup（3）（q21→q29）．

Three abnormal karyotypes of human chromosome: 46, x, Inv(Y)(p11;q12) .t(11;14) (q21;q24): 46;xy, t(11:14 ) (q23;q24), and 46.xx, dup (3) (q21-q29). were discovered in Guiyang, which have been verified as new abnormal karyotypes in the world by Department of Medical Genetic Laboratory,Department of Medical Genetic, National Training center of Medical cytogenetics,Hunan Medical Collage.
