经皮主动脉瓣球囊成形术──附3例报告

Transcutaneous Aortic Valve Sacculeplaty:─Report of three cases and Review

本文报道3例经皮主动脉瓣球囊成形术（PBAV）治疗主动脉辩狭窄（AS），2例成功。术后跨瓣压差明显降低，心排出量增加，症状显著改善。3～4月随访疗效肯定。初步认为PBAV为一解除AS的有效方法。并结合文献复习，就其适应症、方法学及并发症等作较详细的讨论。

This paper reported three cases of transcutaneous aortic valve sacculeplasty (TAVS) for treatment of aortic stenosis(AS), 2 of which was successful,After operation, the transvalve pressure significantly decreased. cardiac output upgraded and symptoms were remarka bly improved. During the follow-up period of 3-4 months, the effect iveness was affirmed. The authors considered it effective to relieve aortic stenosis.On the basis of literature review, the indications. complications and methodo logy of TAVS was discussed in detail.
