俄罗斯航空发动机燃油控制专业有庞大的研究和生产队伍.除中央航空发动机研究院(ЦИАМ)之外,设有莫斯科发动机附件设计局(ЭГА)、彼尔姆发动机附件设计局(ПАКБ)等五个设计研究单位.设计局的主要任务是研究和试验新型发动机燃油控制系统,其中莫斯科发动机附件设计局和彼尔姆发动机附件设计局的规模较大.而俄罗斯中央航空发动机研究院的控制分部(约350人)则从事发动机数学模型(包括传感器、执行机构模型)

Russia has the larger units of study and production about the aero-engine fuel control system, such as Moscow aero-engine accessory design bureau (3TA)and Perm aero-engine accessory design bureau (AK). The TA was founded in 1940 . For 50 years, TA is the leader in the development of the fuel control system for gas turbine engine in Russia . At present the most fuel control systen of the civil and military engines in Russia are provided by the TA .K was founded in 1943 . The design bureau started to create the integrated electronic hydromechanical control systems for the gas turbine engine in 1970s and developed the microelectronic hybrid technology in 1980s and dual channel FADEC for the C-90 engine in 1990s .
