我汇率并轨对外贸的影响及对策

Unification of Exchange Rate in China: Its Impact on Foreign Trade and Counter-Measure

随着我国经济体制改革的逐步深化，1994年对外汇体制进行了重大改革，实行一年多来，证明这次改革是成功的，对出口贸易产生了很大的激励作用，对进口又起到了适当的限制作用。但与此同时也带来一些不利影响，如引起进口商品价格上涨、出口换汇成本大幅上升、造成外贸企业经营上的困难等。本文针对当前外汇体制改革对外贸企业的不利影响，提出了汇率水平、外汇管理、出口退税等方面存在问题的改进意见。

With the deepening of China's economic reform carried out since 1994, manyfacts have proved that this reform has been successful and it strongly stimulatedexport while 1imited import. But at the same time it brings some unfavorable in-fluence such as the upward price of imports, the increase of cost of earning for-eign currency in export. All this makes it more difficult to deal in intenationaltrade.This paper has many suggestions on exchange rate, the manegement of fo-reign exchange and tax-refund in order to reduce these difficuties
