大剂量肾上腺素在心肺复苏中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 肾上腺素是迄今为止在心肺复苏中首选和最为有效的药物,但标准剂量的肾上腺素用量太小,难以升高血浆中已明显升高的肾上腺素水平,不足以将冠状动脉灌注压和心脑血流量增加到自主循环恢复和脑复苏成功所需要的最低要求;而且每5分钟重复给药,间隔时间似乎也较长。而大剂量肾上腺素(每次0.2mg/kg)则不但可以提高心肺复苏的即刻成功率,且长期存活率也明显提高。
