磁共振波谱分析临床应用现状 被引量:2

摘要 磁共振波谱分析(MRS)的临床应用在国外日渐成熟,国内应用刚刚起步。本文叙述了MRS的临床应用基础,就不同疾病的能量代谢状况,参考正常人体组织的生化代谢,着重介绍了^(31)P MRS和~1H MRS的临床应用现状,并归纳临床应用中尚存在的几个主要问题。
