粘附分子在急性同种移植排斥反应中的作用

参与同种移植排斥反应的粘附分子包括3大类:即选择素、整合素和免疫球蛋白超家族,它们在急性移植排斥反应中的作用是极其复杂的。首先,粘附分子促进白细胞穿过内皮并浸润到移植物部位,然后协同抗原递呈细胞上的MHC抗原复合体激活T细胞,并使之成为效应T细胞,最后粘附分子协同效应细胞对靶细胞的溶解反应。应用抗粘附分子的单克隆抗体处理受体,不仅可延长移植物的存活时间,而且能诱导受体对同种移植物产生耐受性。
