摘要
为改善油库传统的工作方式,提高石油产品输出计量过程的准确性和合理性,促进发油系统能源节约和科学管理工作的开展,利用微机技术开发研制了由主控制系统、执行元件驱动单元、一次传感器件单元和执行单元组成的油库多路发油系统。该系统具有较高的稳定性、抗干扰性、功能齐全、控制准确、计量精度高、投资较低等特点,在油品输出与计量方面具有广泛的应用价值。
The use of miniprocessor for multi-way oil loading system for Oil terminal is described which improves loading operation and measurement accuracy, and facilitates manager's work.The amount of power spent on loading operations is reduced. This system consists of miniprocessor, driving unit, transducer unit and actuator unit. It is proved that the system can offer failfree, multifunctional, controllable, correct and economical operations.It is also showed that the new system is of wide application.
