摘要
笔者用动电位法研究了X60钢在CO_2饱和的盐水中极化行为的影响因素,研究结果表明:试样的阴、阳极极化率随试液盐浓度和温度的降低均有明显提高,且腐蚀速度减小;另外,发现阴极还原峰随着盐浓度PH值的降低、温度的升高由出现峰到峰的消失,又发现在试液中CO_2饱和状态下,可得到阴、阳极极化率低而腐蚀速度高的结果。文末还就外加无机盐金属离子等因素对上述结果的影响问题进行了讨论。
The factors affecting the polarization behaviours of X60 steel in CO2-saturated salt solutions is determined using dynamic potential method. It is demonstrated the polarization rate at both cathode and anode significantly incrase as the salt concentration and temperature decreases. Therefore, the corrosion rate decreases.In addition, it is found that the peak value of cathode reduction appears and disappears as the salt concentration and pH value decreases. The results which are presented also showed that in CO2-saturated salt solution both cathode and anode have low polarization rate and high corrosion rate. The effects of adding of metal ions of ignorganic salts on the mentioned results are discussed.
