DNA加合物检测方法的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 DNA加合物的广泛研究主要得益于近年来研究方法的迅速发展,其中32P后标记方法、免疫测试法、荧光测定法、气-质谱法、高效液相色谱法以及电化学方法的引入起了重要的作用。本文对其中几种常用的检测法及其进展进行综述。
