APP、APLP基因和家族性Alzheimer病

摘要
APP基因、APLP基因与家族性Alzheimer病的发病有一定的关系。本文综述了APP和APLP基因与早发型和/或晚发型家族性Alzheimer病的连锁关系和APP与APLP在该病发生中的作用。
