哈尔滨市市售食粮中T－2毒素的ELISA检测

Determination of T-2 Toxin in Grain Samples from Markets in Harbin City Using Indirect Competitive ELISA Method Based on Monoclonal Antibody

应用酶联免疫吸附测定法（ＥＬＩＳＡ）检测了哈尔滨市市售面粉、玉米粉和大米中Ｔ－２毒素含量，发现面粉样品阳性率为７０％，平均含量为１１．６ｎｇ／ｇ，最高含量为３６ｎｇ／ｇ；玉米粉样品阳性率为６０％，平均含量为１１．０７ｎｇ／ｇ，最高含量为４４．８ｎｇ／ｇ；大米样品阳性率为２０％，平均含量为２．０９ｎｇ／ｇ，最高含量为１２．７０ｎｇ／ｇ。对上述结果做了扼要讨论。

In this paper,we examined T-2 toxin content in wheat flour,maize flour and rice from markets in Harbin city using indirect competitive ELISA method based on monoclonal antibody.We found that in wheat flour samples positive rate,average content and maximum content of T-2 toxin were respectively 70%,11.6ng/g and 36ng/g,in maize flour sample above-mentioned indexes were respectively 60%,11.07ng/g and 44.8ng/g,in rice sample same indexes were respectively20%,2.09ng/g and 12.70ng/g.Meanwhile,we discussed the experimental results briefly.
