摘要
本文主要介绍了Baker新近提出的以力学模型为基础的天然气-凝析液管路工艺计算方法,以及与管路实际运行数据的比较结果。在管路工艺计算中,截面含液率的大小对管路压降的影响很大,是重要参数之一,故全文首先介绍了截面含液率,还有压降梯度的计算、Baker管路工艺计算方法的特点及适用范围、计算公式与实测数据的比较等内容。
In the calculation of piping technology, the liquid-containing rates of different sections have a great influence on the pressure drop of the piping. This article introduces the liquid -containing rate of piping, the calculation of pressure drop gradient, the characteristics,applicable limits, calculation formulas and the comparision with the actural measured data etc.
