摘要
本文从分析负荷特性入手,运用动力学方程式,求解超高转差电机运用在抽油机系统的转速滑移范围,从而推导出电机各项功耗的理论计算公式,并给出超高转差电机与普通低转差电机在完成一次上、下冲程抽取同样液量前提下的功耗对比,得出用超高转差电机取代普通低转差电机可节电15~30%的结论。
This article shows the contrast of the work-consumed between ultrahigh slip motors and general low slip motors on condition of completing one upper-down stroke cycle and extracting the same amount of liquid. 15-30% electric energy can be saved by using ultra high slip motors substituted for general low slip motors, the article obtained.
