摘要
以天然气和硫磺为原料,用非催化反应制备二硫化碳是一种生产二硫化碳的新方法。本文主要介绍了该方法的工艺流程,主要设备及操作条件。与木炭法相比,具有流程紧凑、结构和操作简单、可连续自控生产、产量高、成本低、劳动强度低、木材耗量小以及能减少环境污染等优点。
Compared with the charcoal method of making CS_2,the noncatalysis reaction has manyadvantages such as:the process flow is compact,the structure and operation are simple.It can operate continuously and under automatic control and has a high yield anti lowcost,it is low in labour intensity and low in timber comsumption.
