摘要
我们计算了一个侧向磁性─非磁性超晶格膜的表面静磁模式,其中膜厚度为W,并且超晶格周期是足够短以致这个超晶格膜可以被看做一个等效各向异性的磁性膜。此文重点研究了表面静磁模式的频率随超晶格膜中磁性介质比例变化的规律,并进一步证明当磁性介质的比例比非磁性介质的比例小时表面静磁不能存在,计算建立在Ni/Mo超晶格基础上并设磁性介质中的磁化和外场治磁条的方向。
We calculate surface magnetostatic modes in a Ferromagnetic-non - magneticsuperlatticc film with the lateral surfaces and the film thickness W. This superlatticchas all enough short period so that it call be considered as an effcctive medium. Herewe stress the fiequeney of the surface magnetostatic mode as function of magneticfraction in the superlattice film. The numerical calculation obviously shows that thecondition of existing surface magnetostatic modes is that the magnetic fractionis larger than 0. 5. The calculation is based on tile practical system N, M. superlatticcand the magnetisation and external magnetic field are directed along the magneticstripes in the superlatticc tilm.
