摘要
本文主要研究了部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)与 DS-2树酯、对苯二酚和甲醛成胶的堵水剂(PMF)的性能,探索了温度、水质、pH 值、聚合物和交联剂浓度等因素对成胶时间及堵剂性能的影响。
Presented in this paper water plugging agent PMF is composed of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM),resin DS-2 (commercial product hexa(ethoxymethyl) melamin in solution),formaldehyde,and hydroquinone.It can be used both for profile control in in- jection wells and for water shutoff in oil wells at temperatures ranging from 70℃ to 130℃ with an adjustible gelling time 6.5—120 and 6.5—7.5 hrs,respectively.The influence of temperature,pH value,water quality,formation sand,hydrolysis degree of PAM,concen- trations of ingredients,and shearing upon gelling time and gel performance is studied.Some basic formulations for use in injection and oil wells are suggested.
