以信息流传输、处理与控制的新观点剖析事故树（ＦＴＡ）的内在机理，找出了事故形成原因与事故控制决策方法。对拟定最佳安全管理方案提供一个新的思考路径。
Based on new concept of information current transmission, hanndling and control.thispaper presents a method which analynzes the internal meehanism of FTA.and furtnermises a question of decision and selection of control.It will provide a new way to workout a plan of optimal safe management with further research into this method.
