摘要
本文对多绕组多速电动机非工作绕组环流产生的原因,及其对电动机运行的影响进行了分析;并用“槽号相位图”直接找到消除非工作绕组环流的绕组方案;并举出一个实际例子。
In this paper,the cause of non-productive winding circulating current and influence on the performance of electric motors were analysed and investigated.A winding schemeto dricetly remove non-productive winding circulating current was also found by using”Phase Diagram of Slot Number”The solution is easy to implelement because it is reatively simple and flexible. This paper used a concrete example to analyse the occurence of non-productive winding circulating current and how to remove it.The method providesa specific winding scheme for the design of multiwinding and multispeed electricmotors which prevents non-productive circulating current.
