摘要
CG-A 絮凝剂与 PAC 配伍用于净化油田含油污水,在实验室静态条件下效果良好。本文报导这一配伍在长达三个月的中间动态试验中的应用效果。并对絮凝净化过程进行了分析。CG-A/PAC配伍能顺利脱除水中悬浮物和胶体颗粒,CG-A 对水中微细颗粒(<10μm)和油份有极佳的吸附能力。处理水的水质全部达到,某些项目还优于现行油田水回注标准。
It is shown previously that under laboratory static conditions flocculant CG-A in combination with polyaluminium chloride (PAC) is very effective for refining oil-con- taining oilfield waste water.This combination is further investigated in a 3-month long-term pilot-scale test under kinetic conditions.The mixing and coagulation processes in the apparatus are analysed to search the optimum process parameters and the use levels of the both chemicals.CG-A together with PAC flocculates suspended solid partic- ulates and colloidal substances in waste water,while CG-A strongly absorbs microparticles (<10μm) and oil droplets,thus removing these from waste water.The quality of the refined water is characterized by following test results:suspended solid content <3mg/l, oil content-minimum,membrane factor>20,and a varied particle size distribution with large particles almost absent and microparticles less than 3.5μm making up ~90% of total particle amount.
