本文介绍了一种用于交流轨道电路相位角测量及检测区段极性交叉的专用仪表－ＴＬ－２型轨道电路相位表的基本工作原理。
In This paper,basic working principle,main technique measure and arterial techniquetarget of special meter are given,The meter can be used to measure and detect AC railwaycircuit phase angle and sectos's polarity cross.
