摘要
介绍了可靠性试验数据的一种多数估计方法──最大似然值法，并采用最优化方法求三参数威布尔分布的似然函数的极大值点，取得了正确的结果。
This paper presents a kind of parameter estimation method of reliability test da-ta-method of maximum likelihood.The optimization method is used to find the maxi-mum point of likehood function of 3-parameter Weibull distribution.The correct asult isobtained.
