摘要
介绍一种新的有线语音保密通信方案。采用正交镜象滤波器和时频二维置乱器对语音信号进行加密和解密处理，进行了模拟系统的实验。
A novel method of the analog voice privacy communication is discussed. with the method the voice signals are processed by a guadrature guadrature mirror filters (QMF) and a time -frequancy scrambler to form scrambling and de-scrambling. The experiments have been done at an analog system.
