摘要
对于快速伺服系统,提出一种新的设计方法,称之为分离设计法,并提出了非线性PID—D复合控制器,理论分析和实验表明,两者相结合,对于提高伺服系统的频率响应和复现精度具有非常显著的作用,可使系统的频带提高到常规设计方法的1.5倍以上。
This paper presents a new method for the quick servo system which is called the separate design method. In addition, this paper introduces a nonlinear PID-D compound controller. The theoretical analysis and experiments show that the integration of the method and the controller has a very outstanding effect on increasing the frequency response and the rehibilitating precision of the servo system. As a result of the integration, the frequency band of the servo system can be extended to more than 1.5 times as wide as that designed by common methods.
