摘要
用IFC公式将汽轮机热力计算转化为描述水蒸汽热力性质的非线性方程迭代求根计算,从而得到“快关”时的气动载荷。并计算了200MW机组轴系对“快关”载荷的瞬态响应和联轴节的螺栓动强度。为螺栓断裂原因的探讨提供一些有益的结论.
Using the IFC formulae the calculations of turbine thermodynamics were transformed into the iteration solution of the nonlinear equations describing the properties of the steam thermodynamics, and thermodynamic loads of the 'fast closing' were obtained. Also the transient responses and dynamic strength of the bolts have been calculated to the 'fast closing'loads for the 200MW turbogenerator. The useful conclusions are proposed for detecting the reason of the bolts fractured.
