摘要 讨论了高精度伺服转台控制系统设计中一些应注意的问题,提出用积分校正抑制干扰,并通过线路安排和增益分配保证系统的大范围稳定性,用回路解耦的方法保证多回路系统稳定工作。 This paper presents some design problems for a high precision servo system.It is suggested by using integral law to reduce the influence of the disturbance, and byproperly distributing.the loop gain among its elements to guarantee global stability. Itis also suggested by using loop decoupling method to increase stability of themultiloop system.
