摘要 用中和-混凝技术处理油气田酸化作业废水,处理后的水用于回注,可节约油气田注水用水,提高原油采收率,减少油气生产中的废水外排量,因此具有一定的经济效益和社会效益。 A neutralization/coagulation process is suggested for treating returned back acidizing fluids.The neutralization by limestone changes pH of the waste fluids from 4-5 to ~7 and significantly decreases SS,COD,and the amount of any possible organic substances in them. Further treating the neutralized fluids with PAC (coagulant) and PAM (cocoagulant) at pH =8-9 gives clear water with SS<2mg/l and COD~300mg/l.The treated water can be used as injection water,and higher oil/gas recovery may be obtained with it because of the remained in it surfactant.The use level of chemicals is discussed.
