摘要
本文系统地研究了路面用熔抽钢纤维混凝土配合比的设计方法,给出了回归公式并得出以下结论:钢纤维混凝土流动性的设计,可以在普通混凝土流动性设计的基础上,将钢纤维看作一种针状粗骨科,附加考虑钢纤维对其流动性的影响;钢纤维混凝土强度设计应以抗弯为主、抗压为铺,且二者相关性不大.最后文章给出了路面用熔抽钢纤维混凝土配合比应用实测,实践证明:该方法是切实可行的.
This paper studies the design method of the mix proportion of melt-extracted steel fibel reinforced concrete for pavement of roads and puts forward a set of formulations. It concludes that : based on the design of ordinary concrete, the flowing design of steel fiber reinforced concrete can be made by adding steel fiber role for flowing, the strength design should emphasize the bend strength instead of the compressive strength. Finally, the paper gives a pratical example which proves that this method is practical and usable.
