摘要
本文在调查分析哈尔滨市主干道机动车和非机动车流量的基础上,对城市劳动出行结构进行了剖析,预测了原机场地区道路交通的动态和静态需求.并从交通组织入手,建立自行车、公共交通以及步行的分离系统。以此,对原机场地区的道路网进行了合理规划.
On the basis of the investigations of the traffic on the main roads in Harbin, this paper analyses the structure of the urban inhabitants' moving and pledicts the moving and the static requirements of the traffic in the original airport area. A reasonable planning for the road net is made by setting up the sepalate systems for buses, bicycles and walkers.
