摘要
本文针对房地产投资决策中常见的投资方案组合问题，提出了一种规范化的、易于用计算机实现的投资方案组合方法，并给出了相应的程序流程和算例．
In this paper, an approach of standard schemes composing has been established to deal with the decision-making problems in real estate investing. It can be easily treated with computers' The program flowchart and examples are given too.
