摘要
本文采用正交设计法研究了高强混凝土制备的影响因素,提出了掺硅质页岩高强混凝土的强度规律,并探讨了硅质页岩的增强机理.研究结果表明:用硅质页岩取代5%~15%的水泥,水灰比为0.32~0.36,混凝土强度可达60~70MPa.
The factors that influence the production of high strength concrete are studied by the orthogonal design method in this paper. The strength law of high strength concrete with siliceous shale is Proposed. This paper also inquires into the mechanism of siliceous shale's improving strength in high concrete. The results showed that the strength of concrete with 5%-15% cement replaced by siliceous shale can leach 60-70MPa, when the w/c is 0.32-0.36.
