摘要
本文详细叙述了哈尔滨机场扩建工程道面起皮现象的分析研究过程,根据各种试验数据确认:混凝土冻融破坏、Ca(OH)2碱性侵蚀及翘曲应力共同作用导致起皮并详述了起皮机理;由此阐述高寒地区大面积混凝土的施工特点及对策.
This paper presents in detail the analysing and researching course of the peeling appearance of the surface of the runway in the extension of the Harbin Airport. According to the experimental data, it is confirmed that the joint efforts of the freezing and the thawing of concrete, the alkaline erosion of Ca(OH)2 and the tilting stress result in the peeling. This paper also reports the mechanism of the peeling, and expounds the construction features as well as the countermeasures of the extensive concrete area in the severely cold districts.
