自攻螺钉连接的抗剪性能研究

A Study on the Shear Behaviour of the Self- tappingScrew Connection

本文在实验研究基础上，讨论了影响自攻螺钉连接抗剪性能的因素．根据国内外３０余组试件的试验结果，获得了较好相关关系的抗剪强度表达式．文章指出连接的柔度在很大程度上受连接的施工影响，探讨了根据连接抗剪强度确定柔度的可能性．最后，文章讨论了自攻螺钉连接在剪、拉联合作用下的强度验算．实验表明，它可以应用椭圆公式．

Based on the testing study, this paper discusses the factors influencing the shear behaviour of the self-tapping screw connection. An expression of the shear strength of the connection is obtained according to the testing lesults of the test pieces over thirty groups at home and abroad. The paper also discusses the possibility determining the flexibility through the characteristic strength of the connection and the strength check of the connection under the combination of shear and tension. The tests prove that the strength check may be carried out with the eliptic folmula.
