摘要
讨论了油田注入水中含有溶解氧时钢铁的腐蚀与腐蚀机理。通过大量的试验研究确定,以亚硫酸钠为除氧剂时可以采用二价钴离子为催化剂。介绍了这种化学除氧法在大水坑站的应用情况。
The corrosion and corrosion mechanizms of steel in injection water containing dissolved oxygen are stated.In the chemical deoxygenation process of injection water in oil fields sodium sulfite appears to be the most commonly used deoxygenating agent.To accelerate the deoxygenation reaction,a catalyst,mainly ions of transition metals,may be used.Catalytic activities of transition metals ions are descreased in following order:Co^(++)>Mn^(++)>Ni^(++)> Cd^(++).The experimental data show that 0.01 ppm Cobalt ions is enough to significantly reduce the time of deoxygenation of injection water by Na_2SO_3.The field test on deoxygen- ation by Na_2SO_3-CO^(++)at Dashuikeng Injection Station (7 injection wells),Changqing Oil Field is described.
