摘要
介绍了一种采用单片机控制的横向塞曼稳强激光器。该激光器克服了温度和环境气流波动以及激光管放电电流变化对内腔He─Ne激光器功率稳定性的影响,其功率的相对稳定度可达0.089%。
The power fluctuation of an intemal mirror He-Ne laser is mainly caused bythe change of cavity temperature,surrounding air flow and discharge current. In this pa-per,a power stabillzed transverse Zeeman lascr is presented.The relative power stability of0.089% is achieved.
