摘要
在氮基保护气氛中,应用氧探头自动控制炉内气氛的碳势,对GCr15钢球进行加热光亮淬火,研究了气氛碳势的变化对加热时钢球表层质量的影响。通过金相分析,获得了优质钢球最佳控制参数,从而提高了轴承钢球表面的力学性能。
In nitrogen base atmosphere, GCr15 steel balls are quenched with oxygen probe controlling furnace atmosphere in order to obtain the effect of carbon potential on the case quality to acquire the better parameters.
