摘要
根据Ｈａｓｓｅｌｌ模型给出了一个Ｌｙａｐｕｎｏｖ函数，得到了该模型全局稳定性的一组明确的充分条件，解决了文献［１］对该模型全局稳定性定理的一个不明确的猜想，并得到了严格的证明．
In this paper，a theorem of sufficient conditions of global sta- bility of Hassell model is made up by a specific Lyapunov function. It consequently clears out a fuzzy conjecture in [1].
