摘要
阐述了电解和磨粒研磨复合作用的机理,并研究了主要加工参数的影响规律.结果表明,采用电解研磨复合加工法,能在短时间内高效地将不锈钢和普通钢的大面积工作表面加工成镜面.
Using the Electrolytic-abrasive Mirror Finishing Method, a large area of staiuless and ordinary steel works can be easily mirror-finished in a short time and with highefficiency0 This paper chiefly clarifies combined effect of the electrolytic dissolution and polish- ing action of abrasive grains in this method. Furthermore it describes effects of mainprocessing parameters on such a method.
