摘要
对自贡硬质合金厂生产的１２种可转位硬质合金刀片，按照ＩＳＯ３６８５－１９７７（Ｅ）进行了磨损试验，分析和探讨了刀具月牙洼磨损的机理，并用回归分析法得出了磨损寿命方程，对准确地掌握刀具磨损规律具有一定的理论和实际意义．
According to ISO 3685- 1977（E），a series of wear experiments were madewith the 12 kinds of indexable inserts produced by Zi Gong Cemented arbide Works. The crater wear mechanism was analysed and discussed and an equation of tool life wasestablished from regression analysis.They are of theoretical and practical importance to grasp more regularity of cuttiug tools′crater wear life
