摘要
用钼蓝光电比色法,全自动凯氏定氮法及原子吸收分光光度法对16份鸟类卵壳中磷、氮、钾、钠、镁的含量进行了测定。结果分析表明,鸟卵壳宏量元素含量有一定的规律,基本上为雉类>孔雀类>鹤类>鹳类,但磷、氮有例外,本文对乌卵壳宏量元素的测定和分析,旨在为乌类分类反映鸟类的亲缘关系及野外卵壳的鉴定提供微观数据,
The contents of phosphorus, nitrogen, potassium, sodium and magnesium of sixteen birds egg-shells are determined by DU - 7 BECKMAN uv - visspectrophotometer, KJEL AUTO, P-E 5000 AAS. The results indicate that law ofmacro -elements of birds egg -shells is more obvious and basically is pheasants>peacocks >cranes >storks except phosphorus, nitrogen. Our determination andanalysis of maero -elements of birds egg-shells will provide basis for classification ofbirds,identiflcation of wild egg -shells and seeking of relative relationship of birds.
