儿童贫血与膳食因素的调查分析

摘要 对某幼儿园414名日托儿童采用5日称重法和膳食记录法进行膳食调查、氰化高铁法测定Hb。结果膳食蛋白质摄入量基本满足需要,铁摄入量充足,但动物类铁仅占12.9%,膳食中钙、视黄醇、核黄素、抗坏血酸摄入量不足,贫血患病率为55.6%,贫血的高发与抗坏血酸、核黄素的缺乏一致。结果提示3种维生素在贫血防治中有一定的作用,合理的膳食结构是降低群体儿童贫血患病率的重要措施。 The dietary survey and the hemoglobin analysis were made of 414 children in a day nursery school.The results showed that the protein and iron intake was enough,but 12.9% of iron intake originated from animal products,the calcium,retinol,riboflavin,ascorbic acid intake was less than the recommended dietary allowance,he prevalence rate of anemin was 55.6% among the 414 children. The highincidence of anemia consisted with deficiency of ascorbic acid,retinol,riboflavin.The results showed that above three vitamins have effect in prevention and treatment of anemia. The resaonable diet structure was im port ant measure of decrease of prevalence rate of anemia in children.
