特美汀治疗下呼吸道感染疗效观察

Clinical Curative Effect of Timetin on Infection Disease of Lower Respiratory Tract

本文报道了特美汀针剂治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效观察。结果表明，治愈１０４例，显效１８例，有效率为９３．８％，其中轻、中度感染有效率达１００％，重症感染为９０．７％。痰菌药敏试验敏感率为９１．９％，疗程结束时细菌清除率为８９．５％，未发现毒副作用。这说明特美汀具有高效、广谱、耐酶、低毒特性。

cases with infection disease of lower respiratory tract were treated with timetin and clinical curaltive effect was observed. The results showed that 104 cases recovetd,18 cases were marked effective. The effective rate was 93.8%. The effective rate in infection eases with slight and miudle degree was 100%,in heavy degree was 90.7%. Bacterial clearance was 89.5%,when a period of treatment was ended. There was no side effect.All of above indicates that timetin have strong antibacteria spectrum,enzyme resistance and little toxicity.
