内-α,α-二取代双环[2.2.1]-5-庚烯-2-甲醇的合成及其香气

Synthesis and Odor of α,α-Disubstituted Endo Bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-yl Methanol

文献[1]报道了一系列a-甲基-a-取代双环[2.2.1]-5-庚烯-2-甲醇类化合物的合成,并评定了它们的香气。我们以环戊二烯和丙烯酸甲酯为原料,经Diels-Alder反应和Grignard反应,合成了九个标题化合物(2a～i)。除2a外,其余均为新化合物。

Nine α,α-disubstituted endo bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-yl methanols have been synthesized. Eight of them are new compounds, of which the 1~H NMR, MS and elementary analysis were presented. Their odors were evaluated as well.
