Madigan前列腺切除术（附42例报告）

Clinical Application of Madigan's Prostatectomy

本文报告４２例保留尿道前列腺切除，即Ｍａｄｉｇａｎ手术，治疗前列腺增生的效果。经耻骨后切开前列腺被膜，纵形切开前列腺，暴露尿道，将左、右叶前列腺分别切除，并保留尿道，术后尿液清晰或淡粉色，一般不常规冲洗膀胱，３～７天拔除Ｆｏｌｅｙ尿管即能恢复正常排尿功能，并发症极少。现对手术的优点和适应证进行讨论。

The result of 42 cases of retaining the urethra Madigan's prostatectomy for benign hyperplasia of the prostate was reported. A retropubic longitudinal section of the prostate was made and the urethra was exposed. The left and right lobes of the prostate were sectioned one by one with the urethra retained completely. Urine was usually clear or reddish after operation and vesicoclysis was not necessary. As the Foley's catheter was pulled out 3～7days after operatio, normal urination was achieved.Postoperation complication was rarely seen. The indication of the operation procedure and merits were discussed.
