三维超声评价冠心病左室局部功能与病灶定位的关系

Relations between the Regional Function of Left Ventricle Determined with CDTDE and Localization of the Foci in Coronary Heart Disease

本文报告用彩色动态三维超声心动图（ＣＤＴＤＥ）测定３６例冠心病人的左室局部功能，并与选择性冠状动脉造影进行对比研究。结果表明，ＣＤＴＤＥ检出左室局部功能异常区域与冠脉造影狭窄段以下支配区完全一致，局部功能出现负值提示心肌梗塞后室壁瘤形成。因此ＣＤＴＤＥ左室局部功能测定对冠心病诊断是一种既可定性又可定位的好方法。

The regional function of the left ventricles was determined with color dynamic three dimensional echocardiography(CDTDE) in 36 patients with coronary heart disease and the results were compared with the findings of the selective coronary angiography, The result showed that the abnormal movement regions of the left ventricles detected by CDTDE were identical with the areas supplied by the stenosed arteries shown by angiography. Negative value of regional function suggests the existence of the mural aneurysm due to myocardial infarction. This study indicates that determination of the regional function of the left ventricles with CDTDE is a valuable method for localization and quality of the foci in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
