尿道术后留置尿管期间尿道造影及其意义

Significance of Indwelling Catheter Urethrography after Surgical Reparation of Posterior Urethral Stricture

作者从１９９３年９月至今对尿道术后留置尿管病人，经尿管周围向尿道腔插管注入造影剂进行尿逆造影１４例次，可观察尿道术后的愈合情况。该法简便，无并发症，对了解尿道术后治疗效果与确定术后留置尿管时间有重要意义。

The authors have studied of urethrography 14 cases with the urethral indwelling catheter after surgical reparation of posterior urethral stricture. Since September 1993, a F5 ureteral catheter was inserted into the space between urethral wall and indwelling catheter about 10cm proximal to the meatus. Contrast material was injected via the ureteral catheter and a retrograde urethrogram was taken. The status of surgical effect and urethral healing was clearly observed by this method. The authors conclude that the method is simple without any complication. It is of much significance to evaluate surgical effect and determine how long a urethral catheter should be left indwelling postoperatively.
