异丙基肾上腺素导致大鼠心肌损伤的形态计量学研究 被引量:3

摘要 实验用Wistar大鼠50只,随机分成两组。异丙肾(ISP)组40只,对照组10只,分别处死,取心脏。电镜观察心肌超微结构变化,同时用体视学方法定量分析心肌线粒体的形态变化。结果表明,心肌线粒体的体积密度(V_v)值和平均体积(V)值升高,与对照组比较,差异显著(P<0.01)。线粒体面数密度(N_A)值和数密度(N_v)值的变化与对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。实验表明,线粒体值和V_v值升高主要是线粒体本身肿胀,与线粒体增生无关。线粒体的损伤破坏与心肌坏死程度密切相关。 Fifty wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups,control group and ISP group. In the ISP group, ISP was injected into 40 rats (5.0mg/kg). Then l0 rats were killed each time at 4, 12, 24 and 48 hours respectively after the ISP injection. 10 rats in the control group were killed without any treatment. We observed myocardial ultrastructure and some stereological parameters were analysed in measuring the morphometric changes of mitochondria. The result showed that the volume parameter Vv and V of mitochondria had significant difference conpared with the control group(P <0.01),and the parameter N and Nv in every ISP group had no obvious difference compared with control group (P > 0.05).
