摘要
介绍了福建省海运业的现状，分析了存在的问题，提出了加大筹资力度发展沿海港口，增强港口综合功能发展自由港，加强海运管理、完善外商经营海运业政策和规划海运市场行为，进一步繁荣海运市场的若干举措。
This paper introduces the present status of marine shipping industry of Fujian and analyzeis the existing problems and puts forward some measures for intensifying raising funds to develop free harbour, tightening up marine shipping management and perfecting the policy of foreign-run marine shipping industry to plan marine shipping market behaviour and to further prosper the marine shipplng market.
