摘要 本文介绍了用2.5次微分吸附溶出伏安测定甲氧苄氨嘧啶(TMP)的新方法.在选定的实验条件下,TMP的浓度在2.5×10^(?)~1.0×10^(-7)mol/L范围内与峰高成线性关系,最低检测下限达1.0×10^(-9)mol/L(富集180s).用于TMP片剂含量分析,其相对标准偏差为6.5%(n=11),其回收率为102.4%. This paper describes a new method of determining Trimethoprim(TMP) by the 2. 5th order of differential adsorptive stripping voltammetry. Under the experimental con-ditions specified,the calibration curve for TMP was linear in the concentration (2. 5×10-9~1. 0×10-7mol/L) ,and the detection limit of TMP was 1.0×10-9mol/L(the accumulation time:180s). The rates of the relative Standard deviation and the recovery in analysing TMP tablets were 6. 5%(n=11) and 102. 4% ,respectively.
