摘要
采用计算机图象定量测量方法,对0.25MPa高压氧(HBO)暴露后小鼠的脑膜微血管变化进行了观察和定量测量.结果表明,HBO暴露后小鼠脑膜毛细血管密度明显增加,微血管管径收缩,血流速度加快.作者以为,高压氧治疗对改善脑的微循环,增加脑的血供作用十分明显.
The present experiments were designed to observe and measure changes of the letomeninx microcirculation of mice after hyperbaric oxygen treatment (HBO. 0. 25MPa) by means of a computer image analyser. The results showed that the capillary density in mice leptomeninx was increased remarkably,the diameter in the microvessels was decreased appar-ently,and blood flow speeded up. These results suggest HBO treatment can improve the function of microcirculation and blood supply in the brain.
